Glasses in Zebrano

Zingana, or Zebrano, has been used by numerous cabinetmakers and artists. Imported from Gabon and Cameroon, it is prized for the manufacture of luxury furniture and string instruments. Today, this noble material is used in the manufacture of wooden glasses.

Launched with help from participatory financing, the Breton brand Koad uses rare wood species for his wooden glasses. The choice of Zebrano was a natural one: the wood’s stripes are surprising, and give frames an assured elegance.

For eyeglass designer Rezin Wood, a desire for uniqueness and quality led to the use of Zebrano. Combined with a beautiful design, this wood gives Rezin Wood glasses a welcome touch of exoticism and originality.
